How long does it take to receive the first offer?
Most vehicles receive an indicative offer within 24 hours after documents are approved. Peak demand hours during weekday mornings often result in multiple bids within the first 6 hours.
Can I set a reserve and still use the auction safety net?
Yes. Your concierge will help define a reserve. If direct offers do not meet that price, the vehicle automatically enters a curated auction with the same reserve in place.
What fees apply to sellers?
QMC deducts a transparent facilitation fee from the final offer that covers inspection, paperwork and payment handling. There are no listing or hidden storage fees.
Which documents are required to activate my account?
A copy of your ID, proof of address (not older than 3 months) and proof of ownership for the vehicle are required. Dealers must additionally submit floorplan or dealer license documents.
